Cameron Scott Kirk

Scott Kirk emphasizes environmental, real estate, land use and water law in his litigation and regulatory practice of more than 20 years. He has successfully represented major international corporations as well as local companies in complex multimillion-dollar lawsuits-winning favorable resolutions for his clients. Mr. Kirk also provides expert counsel, advising clients on compliance with existing water law, environmental law, contaminated property remediation and other regulatory matters, as well as keeping clients informed of recently enacted or proposed legislation. He has published numerous articles on environmental issues and has been a frequent speaker on related topics for over 15 years.
