Terry Sterling has more than 20 years experience in business litigation, medical malpractice defense, real estate litigation, and insurance disputes. She practiced for eight years in Los Angeles, representing corporate clients of all sizes, as well as numerous life, health, and casualty insurers. Since 1990, she has practiced in Santa Rosa, California, where she has litigated commercial contract disputes, medical malpractice claims, real property disputes, business torts and employment claims.

Terry is also a published artist and has served on the boards of KRCB, Sonoma County's public radio and television station, and the Cultural Arts Council of Sonoma County.
